As a Licensed Interior Designer and Certified Home Stager, the main focus is using what you already own and/or bringing in new accessories and artwork to showcase your home to buyers (Home Staging), or transforming your home into a space that reflects your family's style, needs and comforts (Interior Design, Redesign).


Occupied Staging and Design...

CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING REPORT


In this intensive and fun two to three hour consultation, (depending on the square footage of your home), we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible!

  • We start with a phone or in person interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
  • Using a detailed staging checklist, we walk through the home and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment.  These include staging strategies that are designed to have an emotional impact on your buyers. Buyers buy with their "eyes" first.
  • After our consultation, you will receive a detailed Staging Report that includes a step by step checklist, per room, indicating what needs to be completed by Staging Day

Minimum $200 Consultation Fee for 2 -3 hrs.  Hourly rate of $100 applies thereafter.

POWER STAGING AND MINI-MAKEOVER


This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • If necessary, before staging day, we will shop for gorgeous staging accessories in order to give your home the visual impact needed for photos
  • We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go for your reference

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving

An hourly fee of $100 is charged for all staging services  +  cost of rental accessories, if applicable

ULTIMATE POWER STAGING AND ONE-DAY, HOME MAKE-OVER


Do you have a larger home (over 3000 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work?  No problem!

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • If necessary, before staging day, we will shop for gorgeous staging accessories in order to give your home the visual impact needed for photos
  • We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go for your reference

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
An hourly fee of $100 is charged for all staging services  +  cost of rental accessories, if applicable

INTERIOR DESIGN AND REDESIGN SERVICES


We start with a detailed consultation to determine if any cosmetic changes are needed to make any necessary updates to receive a high return on your investment.  Or maybe you just want to update your home for your own pleasure!  We can assist you with those needs as well.

  • Starting with a home assessment, our creative analysis will deliver a proposal that provides the best option to fit every budget
  • We will consult on color, furniture and accessory selection
  • Being a licensed Interior Designer, I will develop a floor plan of your space showing furniture placement as well as 3D visuals 
  • We bring concept into reality!


An hourly fee of $100 is charged for all design services
